They may produce less GHG when running, but what about the environmental footprint over the life of the car, and is some of it more toxic than a conventional vehicle?
No. **** the environment.
You know? Its not going to go to **** while -I’m- Alive, so i honestly don’t give half a flying ****.
I drive a 1978 Dodge Ram charger, V8. With ZERO Emission control. **** you Mother nature, **** you.
A Clean Vehicle bill will NOT change anything. With the way our economy is right now, there is no way that the government can force everybody with a car to buy a new car with less emissions. Plus, even if a bill is passed, what happens to all the car collectors and hot-roders with their classic cars? There is no way i am getting rid of my old cars and i dont think anyone else will. Global Warming is just a liberal scare tactic and is total Bull S*%T. Our enviornment is just fine the way it is and it would take a whole lot more then what we are doing to destroy it any time soon. F*$K THE LIBERAL A$$HOLES THAT ARE TRYING TO CHANGE THE WAY I LIVE!!
Only if the bill says there must be a certain amount of PLUG IN electric cars available to the public for purchase and NOT lease…
I know some pretty smart people in the oil business, in government related jobs, and they know electric cars are the best answer… And hybrid cars are actually more clostly mile for mile than the best MPG all gas cars..
If plug in electric cars were make available both purchase and lease you would see so many on the road and the factories have a very very hard time making them fast enough.
The only down side to this is
1. Many mechanics and car companies would be put out of business.
2. Auto parts stores would sell way less parts.
3. More nuclear power plants would be made.
Well instead of listing all the the downsides I’ll just say many people and companies would be out of a job and on welfare..
Go out and rent “who killed the electric car” It deals with exactly your question…
